What happens after I purchase a monthly marketing plan?

• You will receive an email receipt confirmation for your purchase.
• You will be re-directed to sign up on Home Tribe with an "I'm an Education/Family-Friendly Business" account, and then you will have access to create your listing in your account menu, which is a crucial first step for us to match you to your perfect audience for your email campaign.

Do I get to choose the types of contacts you send the email campaign to?

• Yes! When you create your business listing, you will add the categories that your business caters to including the type of education you offer, ages of desired learners for your program, whether your business is accessed online, in person, or both, and even if your business caters to other businesses instead of learners (B2B) etc.
• We then map the perfect audience who matches these characteristics of your business based on past offers the targeted audience has opted into.

What do you need me to put in my business listing?

• Please add your listing title, (your company name, or experience name), your business description, the special offer you want to give to your targeted audience (a coupon, limited time offer etc.), and check all the filter boxes that apply to your business. Add your location. (this can be your address or general city/state) and upload high res photos.
• Click publish listing.

Do I have to add a special offer or coupon for my campaign?

• You should, so that you can capture a larger audience when we feature your company. Many people want the opportunity to try something new before they commit long term, so offering a trial sign up link with a credit card input requirement, or a full trial without a credit card input requirement is a good way to convert your audience at a higher rate, and have the ability to let them know about future offers too.

What happens after I publish my listing?

• The Home Tribe team will see that your listing is published, giving us the green light to add your listing info into your chosen monthly email campaign. Your campaign will go live 24 hours after you publish your listing.
• When the campaign goes live, you will be added to the campaign so you can see what your campaign looks like in real time in your inbox.
• You will receive weekly updates via email and in your Home Tribe inbox after your campaign goes live. This includes open rates and click-through rates.
• If you chose plan 2, you will be featured in Top Educational Experiences section on Home Tribe
• If you chose plan 3, you will be featured 1 week out of the month each month your plan is active in our Featured Partners section on our homepage of the mobile web, and iOs & Android apps. We only feature 4 companies at a time.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds after purchase. But you can cancel your subscription anytime, or you can make a one time purchase without a subscription to try your chosen campaign plan out for a month.

What happens if I don't publish my listing right away?

You can choose to wait to publish your listing, but this will only delay your results! We recommend you to publish your listing within a week of purchasing a monthly plan so you can get the best results possible.
