Creativity lies at the heart of good teaching. The ability to be flexible​,​ innovative and wise is the best way to succeed as a teacher in our ever-changing educational landscape. After leaving headship​,​ I founded Minerva Learning as a way to use my expertise and experience to inspire teachers to be confident​,​ innovative and to always teach like experts. We owe it to the children in our schools to put teachers and teaching back at the heart of our profession.
