Xplore Offshore is San Diego's original and still the best whale and dolphin experience. I operate in a USCG certified boat and create custom and intimate trips for any age and interest. I utilize a rigid inflatable boat that was custom-built for me to provide a safe​,​ thrilling and memorable experience.
