We are a women-led online organization that educates, inspires and empowers girls into STEM subjects. We are revolutionizing the STEM education landscape and challenging the historical gender disparity in the industry. Our approach goes beyond traditional STEM education, empowering girls with essential skills like strategic thinking and risk-taking, instilling self-confidence during their critical development years. By providing female role models in STEM, we bridge the representation gap, inspiring girls to pursue STEM careers confidently. We provide group and private tutoribng in chess, coding, website development, math, space science and cybersecirity through our Digital Street Smarts™ program.

- At STEM the Gap Academy we create a safe, welcoming place for girls. Everything we do is geared towards protecting the confidence that we believe girls naturally have and then gradually increasing that confidence through positive messaging and teaching them to trust their instincts and in their ability to develop their skills. We teach girls to value their voices by encouraging strategic and critical thinking, by encouraging them to take chances, we praise process not results, we embrace mistakes and guide girls to find their own ways to solve problems. And when they do solve a problem , we celebrate them…not the fact that they got the answer correct.
